Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Moray Koi website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Order Process

Moray Koi provides a platform for users to request orders for pond products and services. The following terms apply to the ordering process:

• Order Request: Submitting an order through the website constitutes an "Order Request." This is not a binding contract of sale but an offer from you to purchase the items.
• Confirmation of Details: Upon receiving an Order Request, Moray Koi will review the details, including the items requested and the delivery location.
• Contact and Final Quotation: Moray Koi will contact you directly to discuss delivery options, feasibility, and associated costs. A final quotation, including delivery charges, will be provided at this stage.
• Formation of Contract: A binding contract of sale is only formed once you have accepted the final quotation and delivery arrangements, and payment has been successfully processed.

Moray Koi reserves the right to decline any Order Request at its discretion before a binding contract is formed.

Product and Service Information

Moray Koi strives to ensure that all information on the Site, including product descriptions, prices, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur. Moray Koi reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. All prices are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error on an Order Request, Moray Koi reserves the right to cancel the order.

Liability Regarding Goods

If you notify Moray Koi of a problem with the goods, you must do so within 24 hours of delivery. If a notification is received within this time, Moray Koi's obligation will be, at its discretion, to:

• Make good any shortage;
• Replace or repair any goods that are confirmed as damaged or defective; or
• Refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Moray Koi will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to it under this condition. Moray Koi shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods, as stated above.

This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to Terms

Moray Koi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
